Illusive Concepts lifesize Yoda statue: An awesome reproduction of the Yoda puppet from the Empire Strikes Back, this is an amazing display piece. It's a must for any Yoda collection. Production was limited to 9500, and each is individually numbered. |
Intelcom Italia 3D calling card : This 100 unit phone card was sold in Italy in the late 90s. It used lenticular technology to create a pseudo three-dimensional look for the scene, and was limited to 5000 pieces. |
Just Toys Inc. BendEms Yoda : A bendable rubber Yoda figure made by Just Toys. I believe there are variations in the bubble, and some are available without the Topps card, but either way this is a pretty common toy. Made in 1993. Also available as part of a 4-pack. |
Kenneth Feld Super Live Adventure Yoda : This weird looking plush toy was made for The Super Live Adventure show in Japan in 1992 and was one of several exclusives to the show. A very tough to find item if you weren't in Japan at the time. One of my favorite items becaue of how unique it is. |
Lucasarts Yoda Stories PC game : A simple adventure game wich served as an entertaining distraction. I believe it was released in 1997. It was later ported to the Game Boy Color by THQ. |
Limoges Yoda miniature box : This is a handmade statuette about 2 1/4 " high by Rochard Limoge. It's a fine piece but terribly expensive, retailing for $225 in 1999. It was an FAO Schwarts exclusive. Inside the box the words "Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try." are engraved. |
Killian Enterprises Yoda bronze : This impressive collectible, made in 1990 to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back, is a Yoda collector's holy grail. Only 50 were made, and while it originally sold for $400 - $500, you'd probably be lucky to find it for twice that, if you find it at all. |
O.S.P. Publishing Chromart ROTJ key art print : The company that made this appears as Zanart Entertainment Inc. in the certificate of authenticity included with this item. The item measures 11 x 14" and features a shiny chrome finish, which gives it a very unique look. Made in 1995. |
Minnetonka Galactic Bubble Bath : This bubble bath bottle feature a very detailed bust of Yoda on top. I'm not sure, but I believe this was available in 1999. |
Pez Candy dispenser : Candy coming out of Yoda's neck. In case you've never seen a Pez dispenser before (and if you haven't, where have you been,) that's what this is. Issued around 1998. It's a curious oddity that came not only carded, but also bagged, and with different packaging colors such as red, green, and blue. Perhaps even more packaging variations exist. |
Placo Toys metal keychain : A very nicely detailed bronze colored keychain. It was originally sold in 1997, and came packaged individually or in a set wich included Vader, Ben Kenobi, and Boba Fett. |
Radko Yoda Ornament : Don't know much about this Cristopher Radko item other than it was selling in 1999 and is pretty ugly and expensive. And for some reason, Yoda is brown. Check it out!
